Both participants must attend class on the same day. There will be NO rescheduling for the guest participant who fails to show up as scheduled. This offer is not valid with any other promotions.

| | Description | C-SFA101: Identify and care for injuries until medical help arrives. Participants learn how to control and care for bleeding, fractures, burns, shock, poisoning, seizures, diabetic emergencies and more. This course uses video, lecture, skills practice with bandages and splints, and a written test. Certification: First Aid Basics, 3 years. |

| | Recommendations | Wear comfortable clothing to the class, since you will be working on the floor. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Keep the certification card you receive in a safe place. There is a fee for replacement cards (currently $8 per card and $10 for rush orders). |
| | Refund Policy | All class fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by the Red Cross. We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time. If you choose to reschedule, (one time only) please notify the chapter two business days prior to the class. A $10 transfer fee will apply.
To reschedule, please call this office at (818) 243-3121 Monday through Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
THE AMERICAN RED CROSS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A STUDENT TAKES THE WRONG CLASS, STUDENTS NEED TO VERIFY WHAT COURSE THEY NEED TO TAKE WITH THEIR EMPLOYER/TEACHER. There are NO REFUNDS for classes unless we cancel the class. |
